La Forge, as its name suggests, is a renovated 18th century forge. It sleeps 4 people and boasts a comfortable open plan ground-floor living area that combines a  



well-appointed seating area, dining area and kitchen. The open-plan living area overlooks theswimming pool on one side where there is a magnificent picture window & over the mature gardens on the south side where the french doors are located. This area comprises of a dining room with table and chairs for four, and an extremely well-appointed kitchen - we try to encourage guests to take advantage of the wonderful local produce! Leading from the kitchen/dining area there is also a comfortable seating section for four with armchairs. There is UK freesat TV in the sitting room and WIFI throughout.


Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, one that overlooks the large heated pool while the other overlooks the securely fenced garden. Each has its own washbasin. On the same level there is a generous wet-room and a large separate W.C. with baggage storage.This gîte has its own exclusive entrance via automatic gates through to a driveway that passes alongside the mature south-facing garden to the front of La Forge and to the private garage that is conveniently situated next to the gîte. Access to La Forge is by way of french doors that overlook a south-facing terrace that belongs to this gîte. The terrace comes with its own table, seating, BBQ and parasol. There are also sun-loungers provided for use on the terrace or in the shaded mature garden at the end of which, near a large willow, there are swings for children of all ages.

Here there is a round table that comfortably seats four. The dining area is set next to a generous sized kitchen on the ground floor.

The sitting area has four armchairs and UK freesat TV. To one side there is a lovely view over the garden while the other side overlooks the pool.

This twin-bedded room overlooks the overlooks the mature garden on the south side of the gîte. It too has a washbasin and cupboard-space for clothes.

On the same floor as the two bedrooms is a spacious wet-room. Opposite on the other side of the coridoor is a separate WC with storage space for suitcases.
